This policy explains what information Tidan's Realm VI ("the Game", "we") collects when you use this website and play the Game, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account information. Your username, a hashed form of your password (we never store your password in plain text), and your in-game display name.
• Gameplay data. Characters, inventories, progress, guild membership, and similar data required to operate the Game.
• Purchase records. When you buy something, we store which account bought which item, the price, timestamps, and Stripe's reference IDs for the transaction. We keep these records to deliver your purchase, handle refunds, and meet bookkeeping obligations.
• IP addresses. Used for login rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• A session cookie. One essential cookie (wm_session) keeps you logged in to this website. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, bank details, and billing address go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy. From Stripe we receive only a confirmation of payment and its transaction identifiers.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising or analytics on this site.
• We do not share your information except with Stripe (to process payments) or where the law requires it.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Purchase and refund records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at the address below; we will action requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. Significant changes will be announced in-game or on this website.
