Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tidan's Realm VI ("the Game") and this website. By creating an account, playing the Game, or making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission — including for any purchase.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal: selling, sharing, or transferring an account is not permitted.

2. Virtual goods & Credits

• Credits and all in-game items are a limited, revocable license to use features of the Game. They are not your property, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Game.
• We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual goods as part of operating and developing the Game.

3. Purchases, refunds & chargebacks

• Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Because Credits are delivered instantly, all purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back — by you, your bank, or the card issuer — the purchased Credits or benefits are removed from the account. If they have already been spent, the account's Credit balance may go negative until it is repaid.
• Repeated refunds or chargebacks are treated as abuse: the third refunded purchase on an account results in a permanent ban.

4. Conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or unauthorized third-party tools, attack or disrupt the service, harass other players, or attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours. Suspected exploits should be reported to us rather than used.

5. Enforcement & termination

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, and may remove improperly obtained items or Credits. Banned accounts are not entitled to refunds for prior purchases. You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time.

6. Service availability

The Game is provided free of charge and is under active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, reset, or discontinue parts of the Game (or the Game itself). Where reasonably possible we will give notice before permanent shutdown.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Game and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights that your local law grants you and that cannot be waived.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect it. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced in-game or on this website.
